Lessons will be evening or weekend sessions with a private instructor. Lessons will be scheduled around participant's and instructor's availability and will be coordinated with pool availabilty. Pool sesions will be held at Notre Dame Preparatory School or Goucher College, both located in Towson, MD. Class work will be a combination of home study and test work at Aqua Ventures School of Scuba located in Cockeysville, MD. Open water certification dives can bee completed in the tropics with a referrel package or can be completed with a scuba class locally in the spring or summer. Classes must be completed within 1 year of the Gala event on March 24th.
