Reservations cannot be confirmed more than 30 days from arrival date.  Room is subject to availablility and type, and will be upgraded to best available upon arrival.  Certain black-out date restrictions will apply.  This certificate includes room and appropriate occupancy taxes only; and does not include transportation, telephone, food, beverage, movies or any other incidental charges.  This certificate cannot be used on a weekend during the months of June, July and August.  This certificate expires October 1, 2008 and cannot be extended as the resort is seasonal.  Shipping of item, if needed, is not included in bid price.
