The Incumbents - Maine's answer to The Capitol Steps - sings and plays cover versions of well-known pop, country, rock and soul songs with hilarious lyrics that lampoon current political issues and personalities.  The three singers and four musicians offer audiences 50 minutes of Daily Show-esque, tongue-in-cheek, edgy but very funny comedy and musical experience.  And you know with it being an election year they sure do have a lot to talk about!  The musicians are all veteran pros, and the singers include both seasoned and up-and-coming talent you won't soon forget.  Lyricist/director Dan Bernard's political comedy has been praised by critics and journalists...not to mention audiences.
