This card cannot be redeemed for cash and no cash back will be given.  Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.  Card is not a credit card or debit card.  After 24 months of non-use, a service fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance on the card, except where prohibited by law. Gift cards may be picked up at the Center or will be mailed to the winning bidder.
