Ok chocolate people, here goes - "this is inspired by the dessert of the same name that used to be sold at Alberta's restaurant years ago. It is in the shape of a loaf, has 3 layers and serves 16 people. It is 2 layers of chocolate ganache and a praline cheesecake layer all coated with chocolate ganache."
