Winning bid will be awarded 10-year renewal at the current continuing franchise fee (CFF) for an existing store.  (For example: If you currently have a 4.9% contract, it will extended at the 4.9% rate. If you currently have a 5.9% contract, it will be extended at the 5.9% rate.)  Location will be subject to Dunkin' Brands approval (winning bidder will be allowed to apply term and CFF to a relocation site if existing site does not meet the then-current site and trade area criteria at time of renewal).  Franchisee must be eligible for franchise rewrite at time of renewal to receive benefit of renewal term.
