STS Health & Fitness Center is offering two hours of mat or reformer pilates to the winning bidder. This includes an initial consultation, completion of paperwork & pilates sessions based on client's current level of health & fitness. Medical clearance may be required. In addition, STS will waive the registration fee if the client buys a package of pilates sessions after completing the complimentary sessions.
