STS Health & Fitness Center is offering two hours of personal fitness training to the winning bidder. This offer includes the intital consultation, completion of paperwork and exercise program based on client's current health and fitness. STS may require medical clearance if client has health risks. In addition, if client buys a package of training sessions after completing the complimentary training, STS will waive the registration fee.

The STS studio is made for personal training with 2 small studios and several private rooms. There is no one working out in an “open gym,” and no one waiting for equipment; just you and yourpersonal trainer in a private room, or perhaps with another trainer and client in a studio.
