The winner of this item will receive a certificate good towards a pediatric visit with Dr. Edward Nelson. The dental exam and visit will include one prophylaxis, fluoride treatment, examination and x-rays (if needed).  Dr. Nelson is located on Glebe Road in Arlington. The certificate expires in November 2008.
