Cynthia Bloebaum, professionally trained in the culinary arts in Europe and Napa, has cooked at numerous San Francisco restaurants in her 20 year career, including XYZ at the W Hotel. She has been the chef and instructor for wine classes at UC Berkeley Extension. She also conducts her own classes on regional foods and wine of numerous growing regions, caters wine themed events and parties, and is an accomplished speaker, wine trainer and wine judge.
