The Prenatal Yoga Center is the first yoga center in New York City to focus on moms and moms-to-be. Over the past 5 years, over 3500 women have come through our door to take classes and workshops. Based on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

Winning bidder is entitled to a 4 week prenatal yoga series, 1 class per week for four weeks.
