The permanent collections of The Morgan Library & Museum record and reflect achievements of European and American literature, music, art, and history. The Morgan is one of the very few institutions in the United States that collects, exhibits, and sponsors research in the areas of illuminated manuscripts, master drawings, rare books, fine bindings, and literary, historical, and music manuscripts.

One year Dual/Family membership admits 2 people and up to 2 children when accompanied by Dual/Family Members.  Members receive invitations to private viewings of new exhibitions; discounts on lectures and concerts; discounts at the Morgan Shop; and advance notice of and free admission to Family Days and other family programs.
