Jay Kauffman is a Juilliard Graduate who teaches guitar lessons in both classical and popular styles. His approach is centered on having fun learning the music you most want to play, supplementing that with applied music theory and progressive technical improvement.

He teaches in homes on the Upper West and Upper East Side, ($75 for one hour) and in his home studio on 124th street & Claremont Ave. ($60 for one hour)
