FAST LANE's Defensive Driving Academy provides participants tools and information about driving, to better prepare them for "real-world" situations.  Participants learn the fundamentals of many driving techniques, such as proper braking (with and without ABS brakes), accident avoidance maneuvers, and comprehensive car control, utilizing both wet and dry surfaces.  They start with the basics of proper seating position and hand position on the steering wheel, work through several driving exercises as well as the dangers of driving while distracted.  Professional instructors put even the most timid driver at ease and provide a fun and controlled environment for learning.  Students drive their own cars and should have several months driving experience.  Permitted drivers may register.

This gift certificate entitles the bearer to a one day Defensive Driving course at either Willow Springs International Raceway or El Toro Air Field in Irvine.
