Attention all pre-law and law students!
Spend an afternoon job shadowing John Baumann, General Counsel of a major manufacturing company in Louisville, Steel Technologies. You will learn not only day-to-day activities, but how a merger is conducted. On May 30, 2007, Steel Technologies Inc. merged with Mitsui & Co. (U.S.A.), Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.
This is a unique opportunity to learn about the field of law outside of a law firm.
Special Instructions
This item is for a two-hour job shadowing experience that will be followed by lunch and more talk.
Children must be 12 years of age or older to participate. A chaperone is recommended for children between the ages of 12-18. This job shadowing experience is good through January 1, 2009.
A certificate will be mailed to the winner.
