Here is your chance to spend an afternoon with duPont Manual's Nationally Recognized Principal!
Dr. Beverly Keepers has served as principal of duPont Manual High School and the Youth Performing Arts School school since 1991. With more than 25 years in education, she is deeply admired not only in the academic and business community, but throughout the nation as well. Newsweek Magazine ranked her school 130th out of 1000 best schools in the United States.
Under her tutelage, Manual High has consistently had the most National Merit Semi-finalists in our great Commonwealth. The schools' CATS scores rank the highest in the state and her seniors have the highest college enrollments and the highest amount of scholarships offered in the District.
Special Instructions
This item is for a two-hour job shadowing experience that will be followed by lunch and more talk.
Children must be 12 years of age or older to participate. A chaperone is recommended for children between the ages of 12-18. This job shadowing experience is good through January 1, 2009.
A certificate will be mailed to the winner.
