Dr. Kathy Sayre, principal of Noe Middle School, is the 2007 Metlife/National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP) Middle School Principal of the Year for Kentucky. In her 32nd year in education, Dr. Sayre is well known for providing high-quality learning opportunities for students.
Dr. Sayre also was named JCPS Middle School Principal of the Year in 2001, has won NASSP Bridge Builders grants, and serves as a liaison principal and a principal mentor for other district principals. Under her leadership, Noe has received numerous national honors including the National PTA Parent Involvement School of Excellence Award.
Special Instructions
This item is for a two-hour job shadowing experience that will be followed by lunch and more talk.
Children must be 12 years of age or older to participate. A chaperone is recommended for children between the ages of 12-18. This job shadowing experience is good through January 1, 2009.
A certificate will be mailed to the winner.
