A one-hour face-to-face interview with Anthony Kuhn, NPR's Beijing Bureau Chief, on any topic(s) pertaining to contemporary China. To see a bio of Mr. Kuhn and hear samples of his programs, go to www.npr.org and type "Anthony Kuhn" in the search box. The location of this interview is to be arranged between the winning bidder and the donor, and it may be in Beijing or Boston depending on the timing, which is also to be at a mutually convenient time, but no later than August 31, 2008. Mr. Kuhn is normally in Beijing, but will be in Boston from mid-August through the first week of September in 2007. To make the interview most fruitful, the winning bidder and Mr. Kuhn will communicate in advance about the topics to be covered. The winning bidder has the option of taping the interview as a memento of both the interview and the gift to Yale-China Association.
