Description

In this photo taken by John Smagula, plum blossoms adorn the grounds of the Jumping King Pavilion in Nanchang, capital of Jiangxi province. With the original dating back to the Tang dynasty, the pavilion now serves as a testament to Chinese art and culture. The photograph is a 10"x6.75" color image. Photograph comes with a custom-cut white mat for an 11"x14" frame.  Frame not included.

John Smagula was a Yale-China Law Fellow from 2000-2002 at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou and Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, as a part of the Yale-China Association's Law Fellows Program. The program sends young, Mandarin-speaking U.S.-trained attorneys to China to teach courses on U.S. and international legal practices and standards at Chinese law schools. Yale-China Law Fellows have also helped to pioneer the field of clinical legal education in China.
