Description

Winning bidder will win the use of a 4-bedroom/2-bath apartment in Beijing for up to two months during September-December of this year. The apartment ca house up to 5 people and is located in Century City, a middle-class residential area, by the Northwestern part of the 4th Ring Road; a 15-minute drive to Beida, and several blocks to the biggest shopping mall in Beijing. It has a good view of gardens both in the front and in the back and the smallest room has a view of Beijing's West Mountains in fine weather. Apartment comes with basic furniture and air-conditioning in the living room.

The winning bidder will not incur additional costs for utilities; therefore, bids should take into consideration utility costs (about $100). The occupant will pay the donor a damage deposit of US $300 upon moving in, which is refundable upon moving out.

Special Instructions

Please note that the occupant must be approved by the apartment's owner. Winning bidder should send a brief bio of the occupant (who may or may not be the bidder himself), along with his/her/their reasons for being in Beijing, to the owner, along with their desired dates of occupancy. Bid will be refunded in the event the occupant is rejected by the apartment's owner.
