Description
This photograph of Yali Middle School was taken from the roof of the Hsiang-ya Hospital in the 1930s. Founded by the Yale-China Association in 1906, the school's campus at that time comprised classroom buildings, a chapel, senior faculty residences, dormitories, a large sports field, and covered walkways well suited to Changsha's rainy climate. This reproduction of the original photograph would be an incredible keepsake for any graduate of Yali Middle School or former Yali Bachelor or Teaching Fellow or for anyone with a connection to Hunan province. Don't miss a chance to display this in your home or to delight your friend or relative with the perfect gift.
Please note that while the image at left is blurry on your computer screen, the printed photography will be quite crisp. To see a better copy of this photo, please refer to page 34 of Nancy E. The photograph is a 5"x20" black and white image. Photograph will be printed on 20"x30" photo paper, which will fit a ready-made 20"x30" frame. Frame and matting not included. Photograph will be rolled and mailed in a tube.
