Description
Blue Quinn is an exquisite oil on canvas painting, approximately 40" by 30" inches long, andis unframed. This is a new original painting created by San Francisco Artist Natasha Popova.
Natasha has spent a lot of time studying light, color, and the connection between the human psyche and the feelings expressed primarily through music. She yearns to understanding the connection between woman and animals, children - and their expressions of unconditional love and inner beauty.
Natasha was born in Karmensk, Russia in the early sixties, and was educated at the Music Art College in Moscow.
Natasha's works are currently on display at the Edward Fine Art Gallery in San Francisco and at the Hovik Fine Art Gallery in Los Angeles. Her work can also be found in the private collections of Rosalyn C. Swig, Greg & Ludmilla Finklestein, Antonio Vitanza, and the University of California Hastings College of Law.
Natasha draws her inspiration from inner beauty and the human body. She usually paints about unconditional love and re-incarnation -- her philosophy of life. Through her art she wants to give people a hope for eternity, especially to those who are ill or suffering.
This is the second year Natasha has donated works to ALRP for auction. This painting, Blue Quinn, is dedicated to her close friend Robert, who says there are only two queens, himself and the big one in England.
