The Atlanta-born vocalist/songwriter's music evokes commitment, love lost, love found, in such a manner that meets approval from listeners who run the gamut from hopeless romantics to thugs with a heart.

Bobby Valentino's sophmore album Special Occasion was released on May 8th 2007 and is in stores now. The highly anticipated release from Bobby V includes the blazing singles Wreck produced by hit maker Sean Garrett, and the heart felt balled Turn the Page Produced by Rodney Jerkins.

Valentino co-wrote the majority of Special Occassion. Among the other writting and production contributors to the album are Tim and Bob, Bryan Michael Cox, Dre and Vidal, and Delite. Bobby Valentino named this album Special Occassion because he has a song on this album for every occasion. He also got to work with some of his favorite producers, and personally this album is a very special occasion for him.  Songs feature guests Timbaland, Ludacris, and Fabolous.
