Jay Novacek - Former NFL Tight End who played for the Phoenix Cardinals (1985-1989) and the Dallas Cowboys (1990-1995). He was a five time Pro Bowler, attending the game from 1991 through 1995.
Novacek was a key contributor for the Dallas Cowboys in the early 1990's, helping to lead them to 3 Super Bowl wins. In those games he recorded a combined total of 17 receptions for 148 yards and 2 touchdowns. in his 11 seasons, he recorded 422 receptions for 4,620 yards and 30 touchdowns.
