Cart not included.  Valid Tuesday - Thursday or Friday - Sunday after 1 PM.  Not valid Thanksgiving weekend or the week of Christmas through New Years Day.  Expires 06/30/2008.  Reservations required.  Spikeless course, softspikes available.  All players are required to wear appropriate golf attire.  Collared shirts required. (Blue denim shorts and jeans are inappropriate.) 

Following e-mail notification of a winning bid, all items will be available for pick up at the MDA Dallas Office. If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges will apply and will be billed to your account.
