Building on his successful career as a photographer, Bill has applied his talent to painting the pastoral landscapes and coastlines of his native New England.  Whether his subject be an idyllic Vermont mountainside or the rugged Maine coast, Bill's paintings combine the colors with his inner reflections to produce the serenity found in each piece of art.
