DCY Facilities

• Wellness Center / Walking Track: Features a variety of strength training and cardiovascular exercises for a total body workout. Wellness Center personal orientations are available to new members.
  
  
• Free-Weight Room: Variety of free weights and exercise equipment ncluding dumbbells, pulley machines, benches and plate loaded machines.
  
  
• Aquatic Area: Large six-lane 25-yard pool with depth of 3-1/2 to 9 feet. Shallow instructional pool with depth of 3 to 3-1/2 feet. Whirlpool with seating for 10 people.
  Chairlift available.
  
  
• Gymnasium: Regulation size gym with six baskets. Curtain available to divide gym in half for separate activities.
  
  
• Fitness Studio: Featuring hardwood cushioned flooring. The studio provides members with a room dedicated to a variety of classes such as yoga, tai chi, tone & trim, step and dance aerobics.
  
  
• Racquetball Courts: Four regulation courts. Two air-conditioned for summer play.

• Other Program Areas: Baby-sitting Room, Game Room, Teen Room, Adult Center, Multi-Purpose Room and Main Lobby Vending Area.
