Taneko Japanese Tavern is designed after the pub style dining of a Japanese Izakaya. The menu explores the culinary diversity of Japanese cooking. Using natural, organic, seasonal ingredients the menu features a range of dishes for both the adventurous diner as well as the more conservative food lover. The open exhibition style kitchen at Taneko will use a wood-fired oven and grill as the centerpiece of the menu that will complement traditional tempura, sashimi, soups, stews noodles, rice, salads, and desserts.
