When designing this restaurant and bar, we wanted to capture part of the spirit of America's Western States. We wanted a comfortable, laid back environment that is hospitable and provides friendly, professional service and good food. We pay a great deal of attention to all of our ingredients, and we use foods that are found in the American West… A lot of the produce we use is harvested right here in the Valley of the Sun.
