Restrictions for professionals using our services on behalf
of their client:
                       a) Our services, to the extent of $5000, may not be
billed to the client in any fashion
                       b) Fees exceeding $5000 will be billed by Russell, Brier & Co. at normal billing rates; to be discussed and agreed upon
                       c) Services cover tax compliance only; additional
work (e.g., probate accounts, tax planning) will be discussed and billed separately
                       d) Income tax compliance (fiduciary, personal)
set-up is at our cost (i.e., not billed nor included in $5000 contribution)
                       e) Other issues that may arise will be discussed in
the course of work being performed
