Is it time for a new faucet for your house? Then bid on this item! Replacement of residential kitchen faucet set of the bidders choice with a material cost not to exceed $135. If the bidder would like an upgraded faucet, the winning bidder may pay the difference. Labor is included for the replacement of the existing faucet.
Special Instructions
$135 covers the cost of the faucet set and supply hoses. Residence must be within a 20 mile radius of PHP on Olcott Street in Santa Clara.
Expenses for materials in excess of $135, if any, will be the responsibility of the bidder.
This donation does not include any repairs to existing installation site such as the sink, disposal, air gap, waste pipe, angle valve, etc. Selected faucet set must have a footprint that is a similar footprint to the existing faucet set. Bidder responsible for disposal of removed components. Donor will pick up the faucet if available locally - arrangements will be made with winning bidder.
