Description
This winner will receive the replacement of a toilet in their home bathroom! The toilet is the bidders choice but not to exceed $150 in materials. If you'd like to upgrade that toilet, no problem, you just pay the difference in the cost of materials. Labor is included for replacement of the toilet only-see note below.
Special Instructions
$150 includes the toilet, the wax ring, seat and supply hose.
Residence must be within a 25 mile radius of PHP on Olcott Street in Santa Clara. Expenses for materials in excess of $150, if any, will be the responsibility of the bidder. This donation does not include any repairs to existing installation site such as water damaged floor, closet flange, waste pipe, angle valve, etc. Selected toilet must have similar footprint as existing toilet. Steve, the donor, will pick up the toilet if available locally-arrangements will be made with winning bidder. Bidder responsible for disposal of removed toilet.
