1 YEAR TEACHTOWN BASICS SUBSCRIPTION FOR YOUR CHILD!!
Are you looking for extra hours of ABA, or extra help for your child with basic learning skills in early childhood education? With this auction item, your child will receive a 1-year license to use the TeachTown: Basics program. This includes the ability to use the program at home, in school, and in all other clinical situations (at no additional cost).
TeachTown: Basics is a research-based education and treatment solution for children with autism spectrum disorders and other special needs. The service brings together parents, clinicians, teachers, and students in one comprehensive package.
A subscription to TeachTown: Basics includes on-computer lessons, off-computer activities, data tracking and communications tools. The comprehensive curriculum is appropriate for children with a developmental age of 2-7 years. It teaches a broad range of skills across several areas including:
- Emotion identification
- Matching feelings to events
- Face matching
- Following eye gaze
- Friendship
- Safety awareness
- Personal needs
- Sequencing
- Phonics
- Early reading
- Vocabulary
- Mathematics
- Time & Money
- Plus matching off- computer generalization activities

TeachTown: Basics works on a PC (not Mac) and requires an internet connection. Please check out our website for system requirements: http://www.teachtown.com
Before you can start a trial of TeachTown: Basics, you must first create a membership profile by completing the steps below. If you have previously created a TeachTown membership, you should skip this step.
- Open a web browser and navigate to www.teachtown.com
- Click "My Account" in the upper right corner.
- Click the Sign Up button located under the heading "New Member".
- Complete the form and click the Sign Up button.
- On the next page, click the I Accept button.
- On the next page, click OK
- Close the browser and do not proceed further.
* Please e-mail support@teachtown.com and let us know that you have completed creating your TeachTown Membership and that you are ready to activite your new subscription from the Parents Helping Parents online auction.
Once we hear from you, we will finish setting up your trial. You will receive e-mail confirmation that your account has been created, along with instructions on how to use your trial.
