Will you prefer to run your fingers over its smooth, curved surface or to look at its intriguing lines and grain?  If you owned it, you could do both.  This "hollow form" is made of Norway Maple but it has interesting coloration due to the "bark inclusions" places where the tree grew ove the bark, perhaps a branch or old wound.  Either display it for its own sake or use it to display dried flowers or grasses.  Hand turned and finished in Orefield.  approximately 6 inches high.  Lovely.
