Inaugural edition of Primal Parenting scheduled

Green Publishing is launching a new consumer magazine, Primal Parenting, this fall that promotes holistic parenting and a healthy, natural lifestyle.

The inaugural issue is planned for September/October 2007. The main goal of this magazine is to provide a venue for like-minded parents to share stories and to support each other on their journey towards healthful living. The voice of Primal Parenting is supportive and encouraging, never condescending.

Primal Parenting will be approximately 60-70% freelance written. Editorial and photographic submissions are encouraged and welcomed. Distribution plans include sending copies to holistic professionals, health care providers, parenting groups and organizations, and individuals in each of Primal Parenting’s five feature categories: Healthy Diet, Alternative Health Care, Natural Parenting, Sustainable Living, and Education Alternatives.
