The grapes for this wine come from the highest Zinfandel vineyard in the Paso Robles appellation. The use of special strains of yeast and a unique cold-soak maceration process during this fermentation has produced this wine.  It has been aged in both French and American oak barrels.  Lots of up-front, ripe, juicy cherry and wild berry flavors in a smooth supple style.  It has lots of  juicy cherry and wild berry flavors in a smooth, supple style.
