Midwest Airlines codeshare destinations are excluded. Your travel must be completed by October 31, 2008.  No extensions will be granted. Promotional travel seat availability is limited and may not be available on certain dates and flights. Subject to holiday and peak travel time restrictions. Restricted dates include, but may not be limited to: November 20-26, December 20-31, 2007; January 1-2, November 25-December 1, December 20-31, 2008. Travel to/from Florida during the months of March & April 2008; travel to/from Las Vegas in March 2008.  Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be split; they cannot be sold or redeemed. Once ticketed, your travel itinerary may not be changed. Travel from origin to final destination must take place on the same day. Midwest Miles are not earned on these flight segments.
