Island Packers of Ventura offers a day excursion for two to the largest island of the Channel Archipelago, Santa Cruz, located slightly more than an hour or so from Ventura Harbor. Home to the endemic island fox and scrub jay, it's a popular jumping-off spot for unforgettable exploration: sea caves and ocean-class swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving.
