This auction is for the nights of May 18, 19 and 20th, 2007. This house is right on the water and is convenient if you need to get to work and school during the week and relax in the evenings and on weekends. If your feeling Spring fever this is sure to cure your itch! 5484 RINCON BEACH PARK DRIVE WE ARE DELIGHTED THAT YOU WILL BE ENJOYING OUR BEACH HOUSE!! THE HOUSE SLEEPS 6 PEOPLE. IT IS ONE STORY AND HAS 2.5 BEDROOMS AND 2 BATHROOMS, AN OCEANFRONT LIVINGROOM WITH FIREPLACE. THERE IS A "SUNROOM" OFF THE LIVINGROOM THAT HAS A SMALL BUILT-IN FUTON COUCH. THE BEACHSIDE DECK HAS TABLES, CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS, LOUNGES ETC. NO PETS, NO SMOKING PLEASE! BEDROOMS : MASTER HAS 1 KING SIZE BED, #2 HAS 1 DOUBLE AND 1 TWIN BED, #3 (SMALL - OFF OF MASTER BEDROOM) HAS A DAYBED (A TWIN WITH A TRUNDLE TWIN THAT CAN BE PULLED OUT FOR USE).
