The winner of this prize will receive a half-day training program in conflict resolution and communication skills delivered by Jamie Notter, of Notter Consulting.

The three-hour program can be delivered to staff and/or volunteers and can accommodate up to thirty-five people. It is an experiential, interactive program that provides specific tools participants can use to manage conflict and work through difficult conversations back in the real world.
