You will learn how to present issues for maximum effectiveness and how to take communication less personally. As a result, productivity increases and frustration and conflict decrease.

(2) Learn ways to resolve conflict and reduce stress,
(3) Understand and improve your own behavioral and communication style,

(5) Learn how to better tailor your messages.
Using real-life examples, this powerful seminar will show immediate results in your daily interaction and provide tips that can be applied to the business and personal world every single day.
Special Instructions
This program is valid through August, 2008 and can be scheduled at a convenient time by both parties.
Each participant will take an assessment during the workshop to determine their style. Each assessment is $30 and is not included in the cost of the program. The program can accommodate up to 50 participants. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the bidder.
