Description

Do all members of your staff, even those with no direct member contact, understand the critical role they play in your association getting and keeping members? Unless each staff member participates, your association is wasting opportunities. Do they each understand the direct relationship between membership growth and their job security?

Ms. Sirkin uses key findings from her best-selling book Keeping Members - the Myths & Realities, her subsequent research, and one day reviewing your association, to provide a tailored, interactive two-hour seminar that motivates staff to identify specific actions they can take to maximize future membership growth.

Upon completion of the seminar, Ms. Sirkin will provide an optional, follow-up meeting with senior staff and/or the membership department for up to one hour to discuss specific actions to follow up on the all-staff seminar.

Special Instructions

Client to pay any travel expenses from the Washington, D.C. metro area.

Expires: 9/1/2008
