Terms & Conditions

1. All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.  All reservations must be made by Montrose Travel a minimum of 120 days prior to departure, however, we highly recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability. Reservations made through any other travel company will not be honored.
2.  Upgrades or deviations from the package and/or additional individuals traveling with you will incur an additional expense.
3.   Travel must commence within one year from date of auction event and blackout dates may apply.
4. Purchaser is responsible for any federal, state or local income or other taxes not included in the package or gratuities, if applicable.
5.  The original winner letter and Redemption Code must be presented to Montrose Travel to initiate your reservations.
6.    Certain restrictions may apply and this trip is not exchangeable, refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash. All travel documents will be mailed first class U.S. Mail and/or emailed and will not be replaceable in the event of loss, destruction or theft. Winner may request travel documents to be delivered by overnight carrier and agrees to pay the associated additional delivery fees by credit card.
7.  All trips are subject to specific terms and conditions. Unless otherwise noted and applicable, airline reservations must originate from the contiguous 48 United States. Airline reservations may have restrictions, blackout dates, and exclusions. Air is to be booked in coach class on the flights and carrier of choice by Montrose Travel. If a specific carrier, deviation, or class of serviced is requested, additional expense may be incurred.
8. Travel certificates have no value except when used under the terms and conditions accompanying them. Trip may be modified due to Acts of God, war, terrorism, or other items beyond the Program’s control. The Program is not responsible for the performance of the travel providers associates with the Program. All reservations are made subject to the conditions of carriage, supply or business of the party providing the service, which include exclusions and limitations of liability.
9. All travel awards are subject to the rules and restrictions imposed by the individual travel companies, airlines, hotels, rental car, and cruise line and tour companies. Compliance with these rules is the responsibility of the Winner. Airline ticket travel awards are not refundable nor may they be returned to the Program for a credit. They are non-changeable unless permitted by the airline issuing the ticket. Fees that apply due to permitted changes by the airline are the responsibility of the traveler.  Minimum or maximum stays required by the carrier may apply.
10.   Every effort has been made to ensure that the information in the Program communications is accurate. The Program is not responsible for errors or omissions and reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, even if it affects a pending redemption order.
11.   The Auction Registry is a distributor for the travel experience packages priced and offered by Montrose Travel. Montrose Travel is a separate and individual company and has no legal affiliation with The Auction Registry. All Travel Packages will be serviced by Montrose Travel per the Terms and Conditions as stated in this document.
