Spend a week on the "other Cape" of Massachusetts: Cape Ann! Historic Rocky Neck in Gloucester, Mass., is a beautiful seaside community and home to the oldest continually operating art colony in the country. The house is available only during the weeks of either June 14-21 or June 21-28.
This one bedroom townhouse has water views and is close to the water. It has a sun deck, private parking, a gas grill, a sleep sofa (easily sleeps 3 total), fully applianced kitchen, cable tv and washer/dryer access. It has all linens/bedding included. There is nearby swimming and a town beach just minutes away. There are countless recreational and cultural activities available, from replica sailing ship harbor sails to kayak tours, road races, or to the Rockport Chamber Music Festival.
Gloucester and especially Rocky Neck, is known for the beautiful "light" that it has, which is appreciated by fine artists and photographers. The final two pictures shown are not adjacent to the house, but are taken in the neighborhood.
