Restrictions - winning bidder may reserve the week of their choice (2007 or 2008) as long as the week does not include a holiday week, such as Labor Day, Christmas, etc., and there is not already an existing reservation for that week. The home rents Sat-Sat.
The home is fully furnished, but guests are required to bring their own linens. All the rental information is included on the website. A security deposit is required of all guests, but this would be refunded as per our current rental policy.
