Congressional 4^th grade teacher, Ms. Misty Proctor, is offering a Congressional student in grades 5 – 8 the opportunity to teach 4^th grade in her classroom for a morning or an afternoon.  The “student teacher” will work with Ms. Proctor to develop lesson plans for the subjects that will be taught.
