Hey, I can do this at home! After your Ligurian baptism, take off your chef’s jacket and invite FIVE friends into Rocca for a five-course dinner. You can brag about your kitchen prowess (Michela will be there to attest to your brilliance on the line) and Gary will help you choose the wines that will go with each course while teaching you a little something about the beautiful Italian grape.
