This original painting entitled Ebb Tide is signed by th artist, Franes M. Tisheuar who was born and raised in the Bronx, N.Y., later moved to Long Island and then to the Bay Area in California, with her beloved son, James, and husband Tish for 25 years. Now retired and living in Ocala, Florida.
