Houston Adventure Boot Camp is a 4 week exercise boot camp full of fun, adventure and fitness run by Certified Fitness Trainers at several locations around Houston. This class is for women only, so if you're looking to make friends and get in shape then this is the program for you!
This offering is a 4 week program (5 day option) at any Houston location. Does not include Bay Area locations. If evening class is chosen, only the 3 day option is available.
At Houston Boot Camp for women you can expect to do exercises such as walking/running. Body weight exercises include push ups and lunges and strength training exercises are done with small hand weights. But don't worry; Houston Boot Camp is for ALL levels of fitness from the triathlete to those who have never worked out. Houston Boot Camp for women will keep you motivated in the early morning while most of the city is sound asleep. You will feel energized throughout the day and your confidence will skyrocket!
