Private VIP tour of 7 World Trade Center, the first "green" office tower in NYC and the first building to be built on the site of Ground Zero.

Tour to be conducted by Dara McQuillen, senior exec with Silversteen Properties, who developed the building, and Esquire contributing editor Scott Raab, who has been writing an epic series on the rebuilding
of Ground Zero. Followed by a lunch with Esquire executive editor Mark Warren.
